Anyone can browse our website and purchase following the order prompts. Simply complete the quick and easy registration form which is submitted to the web site. This way you will have your own personal account and login details and will be able to keep track of your history and orders.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Follow the order prompts

1. Select your items and add them to your cart, select size and colour if applicable
2. Once you have everything you want, click the Checkout button, this can be found in the top right corner under your cart icon
3. Fill out the requested details and click the Place Order button
4. You will then be taken to an order confirmation page which will give you your order number and delivery time lines

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM IN HOUSE OF TRINITY CLOTHING?

Size S = Size 8-10
Size M = Size 10-12
Size L = Size 12-14

WHAT IF AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

Please select the “wishlist” icon, include your e-mail address in the block provided, then click on the “Get an Alert” Button. You will now be notified when that item is back in stock.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY HOUSE OF TRINITY CLOTHING?

Please take special note of the washcare instructions, but as a general rule please adhere to the following:
*Handwash
*Cool iron
*Do not tumbledry
*Dry Flat

Free Shipping is offered to all major city centres within South Africa.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

House of Trinity currently delivers nationwide to all major cities and regional areas.

We currently do not ship overseas via the website. However if there is an item that you would like to purchase, kindly e-mail us and we will get a courier quote to ship the item to your country of residence.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT HOUSE OF TRINITY HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER?

You will receive an email to your associated inbox you used in the billing/order details. This email will confirm your order, and payment.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Delivery takes between 3-5 working days from date of order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days of your order being placed, providing all items are in stock. We do not send out packages or courier items on Saturdays or Sundays or public holidays. At all times we will endeavour to send your chosen merchandise to you as quickly as possible.
All items are shipped via Door-to-Door Courier using “FASTWAY” weekdays (Monday to Friday) during office hours 8.00 am – 4.30 pm
Upon receipt of payment your purchase will be sent out for delivery.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number. Your parcel can be tracked at www.fastway.co.za

CAN I GET A REFUND?

If you are unhappy with of a product, just send it back to us in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt (in its original state and with the original packaging) and we’ll refund or replace. Please note that bespoke furniture, special orders, made-to-order items and personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

Returns will only be accepted if they are logged within the 7 day return period. Any returns received after this time will be returned to sender.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

You can log into your account on houseoftrinity.co.za, select orders on the left hand side, then select the order number relating to the return, click “view”. Once open, select the items that you want to return and then click “request return”.

Your request for refund will be reviewed and once the item is returned, inspected and approved we will notify you via e-mail.

Please note return requests are approved at the discretion of House of Trinity.
